Mellie is awoken from her night with Marcus to find that she's been subpoena's in the attempted murder of Cyrus Beene. She confronts Jake who tells her to take a hike! Mellie then asks Olivia to become command once more. Her mission, kill Cyrus Beene before he can take down the president. Wow. If either Mellie or Olivia are caught trying to kill Cyrus shes most definitely going to be put into prison.
